As a fan of the Anne MacCaffrey series DRAGONRIDERS OF PERN, I've often wondered who could play the lead roles if there was ever a film version.
This is the first of series of fan casting wallpapers I made to illustrate who I'd pick. The actress Amy Acker (of ANGEL and ALIAS fame) is my choice to play Lessa.

I always pictured someone very small to play Lessa. Maybe Rachel Bilson-esque. Not sure she has the chops to play the role, though.
