Josh Hutcherson as Piemur

My next Dragonriders fan casting wallpaper brings us to Piemur, the young boy who saw his dreams of becoming harper disappear when his voice cracks. But he picks himself up and becomes the best drummer in Pern. Picking a Piemur was actually a lot easier than finding Menolly, I'd noticed Josh Hutcherson in ZATHURA and BRIDGE TO TERABITHIA before seeing him in JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH convinced me his could do the role. He seems to be able to convey the characters tenacity, and it would be fun to see Bill Nighy boss this kid around.
