Description

The once and future Doctor, Paul McGann.  For this one time tv movie Doc I decided to shake things up a bit with the formula.  I moved the pic of the Doc to the side and put the Tardis in between the logo and banner.  I also added more lens flare on McGann's watch as well as the Tardis' top light.  ENJOY!!!
